Utilize the racial teleport skills to get to major cities if needed. Arun has a better teleport system in that you can teleport to and from nodes.
Make sure you tag the sub camps in the overworld so you can teleport to them later from the closest city. If you can't afford Elite, buy a stack of teleport scrolls to current dungeons. Save commonly used areas (entrances to dungeons, popular farming spots, etc.) in the travel journal and use the Village Atlas to move to other places on the map. If you are NA TERA, the fastest way to move around the map would be to purchase Elite and use the Village Atlas and the Travel journal perks.
